The Yuri Challenge is referring to a girl from Doki Doki Literature Club. The Yuri Challenge has two different meanings. It either means "go stab yourself/go kill yourself" like the Sayori challenge except that you stab yourself. The other meaning is that it means to have s*x with a pen.

Rachel's Challenge

A challenge to make sure that people will do good. Was named after the first person to die in the Columbine shootings back in '99. Her actions were very kind and warm hearted, but that's not the real point of the challenge. It is really charging towns $25,000 or more to fail at making good people. We all know that you don't change and that we cannot be changed for any reason.

Person 1: Hey ___, you hear that the Rachel's Challenge thing is coming to our school?

Person 2: That was a waste of money our football team could've used instead.

freshman challenge

Typically done by seniors, but any upperclassmen will do. The Freshman Challenge is the act of an upperclassmen (typically male) having sexual intercourse with a freshman (typically female).
A variation on this challenge is how many freshmen one can perform intercourse with in the school year (summer vacation does not count as there are not any official freshmen until the school year begins)
