A popular girl who wears a lot of makeup and often dyes her hair. They are often fake and say that they are nice, yet they are too dumb to tell the difference between what is nice and what is mean. Powder donuts often post slutty selfies to Facebook and can't spell worth shit. They also love to scream and overreact.

That powder donut, Abby, wears so much eyeliner she looks like she got in a fight and lost.

Powdered water

A noun that describes a bullshit punishment. Comes from the word "waterboarding", a form of torture, and the term itself "powdered water" is nonsense(bullshit), hence it is a bullshit punishment.

This slang is mainly used by scientists when they are locked out of the lab for apparent misconduct, and believe that it is unrighteous

'Yo, apparently Dr. Elk got kicked out of the lab for lighting a Bunsen Burner without permission.'
'Man, that is such Powdered water. Elk should press charges.'
