Gym Slam

The act of consuming copious amounts of potent pre-workout, in hopes of achieving a skin splitting pump and great workout only for you to end up spending most of your training time on the toilet, in gastrointestinal distress. Resulting in diarrhea, with anus ripping, chainsaw farts, followed by essentially urinating out of your ass.

I was mid rep, on my PR, when I had to scratch the weights, rush to the locker room and take a huge gym slam.

Gym

The best place one can possibly be to change. To be better. To be greater. To surpass his limitations and become strong and confident, but also a lot more happy. The gym is amazing because it teaches you so many things. Without hard work, there is no pay off. Without suffering, there is no salvation. I recommend it to 100% of the people of the planet. It can make anyone’s life 100% better but few people actually bother to try.

The gym is amazing. I get healthier, stronger and feel better overall. It has taught me that with hard work and with consistency, anything is possible

hobo in a gym sock

Like a hobo that pops out of a train or a rest stop bathroom unexpectedly. Or the creepy coach in gym class that’s always lurking around the locker room waiting to find a forgotten gym sock.

Well I’ve never borrowed one of those things with pages and words unless it was from a library... but boy the late charges suck when they bill you a few years later. It must be a good book if it keeps disappearing like a hobo in a gym sock. I think I may get a copy for us both on amazon and avoid any late fees. ❤️
