It's a sandwich consisting of moldy bread with trash, dead animals and for some reason a severed arm as filling (optionally toothpaste as sauce). Wild animals love it because of course they do and Mung Dahl had the misfortune of being force fed his apprentices culinary abomination (causing him to puke).
