Walking around on the street and picking up the discarded items, putting them into a bag and walking home with them.

I walked out of my apartment and up huntington avenue and saw a t-shirt discarded on the sidewalk. I went into a dunkin donuts asked for a bag, and then returned to the t-shirt, picked it up, put it in my plastic bag, and continued walking. I eventually brought it home. I was street-shopping.

couch shopping

When you are homeless, and you are calling anyone and everyone you know hoping they will let you sleep at there house, on the couch.

Dennis, a homeless-jobless old man is couch shopping - trying to find someone/anyone who will let him crash at their place and sleep on the couch.

Shopping Vulture

A person (usually a female) that goes to some type of clothing or department store and walks around looking for things they like. After they find something they like they leave and wait until it goes on clearance, much like a vulture waiting for its chance to feast on a rotting carcass.

"She's been here for almost two hours, is she gonna buy anything?!"

"No, not today. She's a shopping vulture

Shopping Shart

When you're shopping in the store, your gut rumbles, and you can't find the bathroom.

I was at Gucci and they said the bathroom was only for employees, so I had a shopping shart right there at the checkout.
