A nigga is basically a brother, friend or homie. The word nigga is used as a greeting when talking to friends.

Whites can use the term NIGGA ( because they can use it they shouldn't use it to greet any black person they see because some take it the wrong way) personally me as a black Man I don't care who uses the word nigga ( JUST DON'T USE NIGGER )
