Using a laptop computer while also using the toilet. Generally followed by a wi-fi wipe.

I just had an awesome wi-fi dump because I was able to tell my friend on AIM how huge it was.

wi-fi wipe

During a wi-fi dump, wiping yourself on the toilet while simultaneously balancing a laptop on a knee or other extended body part. Placing a laptop on the floor immediately disqualifies the wipe from "wi-fi" status. It has been rumored that some may even posses enough skill to hold an internet conversation during the wiping process.

I am still typing with one hand while the other is taking care of this wi-fi wipe.

Within range of a wi-fi signal. (Just as to be within "eye-shot" is to be within visual range of a target).

Pronounced "why-shot".

I walked too far from the coffee shop with my laptop and now I'm outside of wi-shot.

Once the plane takes off I'll be outside of wi-shot for a few hours.

Fighting with friends/family/strangers for the available Wi-Fi bandwidth to download something on your smartphone/laptop.

Particularly applicable during family gatherings when there are multiple devices using the same Wi-Fi.

E.g "Stop Wi-Fighting me and let me download my song!!"

Wi-Jacked

Losing your connectivity by having your mobile internet usurped by a local hotspot to which you either have no access or required sign-in.

My Whatsapp conversation with Johny was rudely Wi-Jacked by a BT Hotspot. Had to switch my phone Wifi off to continue else get out of range.
