A sneaky way that married people or someone in a relationship can say somone is Hot or Fine to their friends, without saying it outright and sounding like an asshole.

Could also be used to convey that someone is Hot or Fine on a video call and then you see them in person and they are so not as cute!

Dude, saw that girl on a Zoom Meeting the other day and she is mad PHOTOGENIC!

1) The subject takes a large amount of selfies to the point where you cannot differentiate between pictures.
2) The subject neither is notably photogenic or particulary fugly.
