A PlugIN Hybrid Vehicle Owner who blocks EVcharging Stations with their Vehicle because they are not charging. They are only parking in a Charging Spot. A mix between EVhole & ICEhole

Look at that PHEVHOLE only parking in a Charging Spot and blocking us from Charging our Electric Vehicle. We had to call a tow truck a mile down the road.
