When an ass nigga thinks their good at a game but they're not.
Symptoms include:

Ass gameplay
Less then basic understanding of a game
Thinking they know everything
Going on the internet and talk shit behind a screen

Place in no tournaments yet still talk trash
Complains about losing
and finally being a trash ass nigga

Skinny Nigga Syndrome

AKA That one nigga who keeps stealing your food at lunch/fat ass nigga.
When this happens to a nigga, they always be askin for your food whether that be in class or at lunch. Skinny Nigga Syndrome is not contagious and is hard to overcome for those who suffer from it.

This usually happens when people from relatively humble beginnings make it into middleclass/upper middleclass and start giving unsolicited advice to massage their ego or make it seem like they are helping you. They tend to become know it all's and wont let you get a word in, wont accept there are other ways of doing things or just assume they are always right.

Since he made VP, all he talks about is how he can help you advance your career and be like him, i think he has successful nigga syndrome !
