Khawarij are usually either ISIS or Al Qaeda or some other terrorist groups, a khawariji is a"Muslim" who tries to deviate from Islam the most, they try to not be Muslim but still go to Jannah at the same time, sometimes khawarij kill innocent people or genocide a certain group of people.
