This is an infamous line in the BL (Boys Love) fanverse, it's taken as a lie.

This is a distinct phrase that a 'Top' will say, but they are usually rough in sex by saying that.

A catch phrase that is slowly becoming popular in and around Buffalo, NY and the Niagara Region of Ontario. Often used when no actual approval is necessary or required. Best used in situations where the topic of conversion or particular comment made by someone embodies a particular style/character facet of the phrase user.

"I'll Tap That" is used to mean "that's cool, I can do that". It is NOT a reference to any dirty act. It can also be used in a negative since, "I'm not tapping that" to mean "No way, I'm not doing that."
