An old biker term for making a U-turn. So named because the person in the "bitch" position of the motorcycle might flip out of their seat during the maneuver.
On their way to Sturgis, the motorcycle gang drove too far North on I-90 so the whole gang had to flip a bitch at Whitewood and Buddy's old lady flew off the back of his chopper and smacked her face on a billboard.

The extremely well experienced Abrams Tank Driver immediately (without hesitation or any bullshit) turns the Abrams Hull the Hell around in exactly the opposite direction of travel, FLIPPING A BITCH, to give the enemy nothing to shoot at but a dust cloud. The Abrams Tank is made to turn the Hull on a dime while the turret can stay on target traveling any speed.
