a picture of a piece (or whole) of your computer desktop.
Valuable in explaining to people how to do different stuff in applications, or just sort of generally cool.
Also, valuable when designing web pages as a person with one computer, so your Windows friend can send you screenshots of what stuff looks like in IE (or, if you're on the dark side, so your Mac friend can send pics of what it looks like in Safari)....

Person 1: Hey, I have this awesome new app on my comp. Wanta come see it sometime?

Person 2: Nah, just email me a screenshot.

Screenthot

Noun: Someone who constantly screenshots snapchats, messages and photos, especially when it's not consensual.

Adjective: Screenshotting messages and photos that you're not supposed to.

"He saved my snapchat, he's such a screenthot"

"She screenthotted the entire conversation"

Screenshotter

People who take screenshots over snapchat. Usually screenshotters will loose their place in heaven.

Stuart: "Did you hear Alex took a screenshot of my snapchat the other day?"
Zane: "I always knew he was a screenshotter"
Raven: "That must mean he is going to hell, at least I'm not alone!" (Raven is a ginger)

Screenshot and Send

(verb, noun) This phrase describes a situation in which a person takes a screenshot of their text or DM conversation with another person (sometimes containing incriminating or private information) and sends it to a third person/party who may or may not be directly involved. Ex. taking a screenshot of a threat from your brother to your parents to get him into trouble. Sometimes Screenshot and Send can be used rather innocently. Ex. Someone confesses their love to you in text and you screenshot and send to your friend to get advice on how to respond. Screenshot-and-sends can include photos.

(verb) "This random number just sent me a text message in Russian. I'm about to screenshot and send this!"

(noun) "That screenshot and send got your brother in trouble."

Screenshat

The best past tense for the verb 'screenshot'. You could say 'took a screenshot', or use the dreaded, wonky 'screenshotted', screenshat is the optimal form to describe what had happened.
