A sketchy prick would also be considered one who walks around in public, having an open conversation with themself.

Someone who you are supposed to respect but is a jerk, ego-driven, self-motivated, and who you don't respect at all. Most often a bad boss but can be anyone who has some type of authority over you. Can include power-hungry people in uniform, close-minded professors ... anyone you could address as "Sir". The "prick" can be silent when addressing them in person.

Sir Prick ignored fixable errors because he doesn't like you telling him about them.
