Small organization yet to be commonly known in the underground world. Also known as NKY. The gang has a class system, dealing with less criminalized activity to more dangerous ones. Street racing, drug trafficing/selling, gun trafficing/selling, contract killing, money laundering, loansharking, protection, professional tagging/graffiti, pimping, and even buisness front to keep it on the low. Not many know of this crew, but t should be known well soon enough.

the term is also sometimes used as a descriptive word to describe someone dressed as though they live in the snowy north.
