A word created by some kid in his basement, it has quickly spread and now I am hearing it everywhere.

Somebody who is sexually interested in their cousins; Somebody who is extremely moronic like an inbred hillbilly.

Can be shortened to Moi or Moit.

Paul: Yu-Gi-Oh! is awesome!

Manuel: God you're a Moitachoke sometimes.
