For us old heads that like saying “god speed” when we say farewell to someone, the phrase needed an update for today’s generation. The “gs” of the phrase is the acronym of god speed, the fam is a trigger word denouncing how cool the phrase is, and the rocket is used for added aesthetic.

GS House

By far the best place to live off campus at Drake University. It is also known as the Global Citizenship House, Theme House, Eco-House, or former Eco-House. The GS House can be identified by the short flag pole next to the front steps and on some nights, a red or blue light illuminating the front door.

I wish I could live in the GS House. It is so close to campus and very nice inside!

GS Whore

Someone who would play any childish game on the Xbox 360 console just for the easy 'achievements' to boost their gamerscore. It is frowned upon by most because it seems no one plays for 'fun' anymore. They are most commonly found on the www.xbox.com forums.
