Word made up of "funny-looking" or "fuckable" and "ugly".
"Fugly" DOES NOT mean "fucking ugly", that is, exceptionally ugly.
"Fugly" denotes a girl who is generally unattractive, but nonetheless has someting endearing (in line with "funny-looking") or desirable (in line with "fuckable")about her.

When used by a male to describe a female to another male, the connotation is positive: "Diane's got that weird chin thing going on... but she's fugly, I wouldn't mind hitting that shit..."
