Usually a teacher who targets students for ethnicity and sex choice or being gay/lesbian. Is usually ugly and smells like old people stores. Spanish or black mainly. Usually gross and dum.

Chibola

Chibola is slang term for a small amount of drugs, usually cocaine, wrapped (usually in 2 layers of plastic, often garbage bags, cut into squares. The drug is placed on one square of plastic, usually 2"x2", and the plastic is pulled together and twisted at one end, then placed on second square which is also pulled together but not twisted, before being tied tight, usually with dental floss, occasionally the end of the plastic is burned a bit to melt the plastic together at the end, in case the floss comes loose). The word chibola comes from old Aztec word 'chi' meaning small and the Spanish word 'bola' meaning ball. It is used by Mexican and other south American countries.
