One who steals packages from warehouses around the world. Origins are of early Romanian times. A Romanian who calls him self, Conrad Gutley. Gutley is a criminal master mind with accomplices know as Patrick Nelly and Steve. All three men were considered to be highly dangerous in their time. Gutley, Nelly, and Steve are still at large.

"Shit! we just Gutley'd!"

"My package is missing! Gutley strikes again!"

A person who does not buy their own food, but gathers the scraps from others to create their own meal. Often times, the scraps are combined into massive hoagies called "Gutterpig Subs"

A gutter-shark is a female whom spends her mental time in the gutter(perverted) sense. The description is meant to entice one to think of their perveted ways in a humorous manner.
