Often triggered by watching 30-minute reaction videos, BuzzFeed-era skits, or “adulting is hard” jokes for the 800th time.
Symptoms include:
Saying “This is so me!” to TikToks about doing laundry.
Thinking quoting The Office counts as having a personality.
Commenting “he doesn’t miss” under a guy reacting to 60 TikToks in silence.
Wearing shirts that say “I can’t adult today.”
Cry-laughing at wine jokes that haven’t evolved since 2014.
