The term "Chee" is relatively used as an expression of excitement towards an action. It can also be a reaction to something that has already occurred. The term became popular amongst Millenials, originated in Kerman, CA, and has since spread globally. The second syllable *ee* can be extended based on the amount of excitement warranted by the speaker.

"Dad I got an A on my final exam" Dad: "Chee!"

"Ay bro, I bought you a ticket to the game for your birthday" Bro: "Cheee!"

"Babe, the pregnancy test came out negative" Me: "Cheeeeee!"
