A response to when ever someones reaction to a post or meme is "speak English" (or something racist). It's assumed the person who makes the statement is from the United States, which has a school shooting problem.
User A: "Disfruté esa película"
User B: "Speak English, not everyone speaks Taco."
User A: "Sorry, I don't speak School Shooter"

Spoken, usually screamed, at someone who has failed to speak or write understandable English. Sometimes bowdlerized as "English, do you speak it?" or misquoted as "English, do you speak it, motherfucker?"
Arguably the most famous line from the iconic 1994 film Pulp Fiction. Ironically, the original line was not asked in response to someone speaking incorrect English, but asked by Samuel L. Jackson's character as a rhetorical question to whether or not a frightened man spoke English at all after the man repeatedly said "what?" to his questions.

"What country you from?"
"What?"
"'What' aint no country I ever heard of! They speak English in 'what'?"

Former President Donald Trump's guiding principle in foreign policy, as well as in the bedroom. The opposite of Teddy Roosevelt's "speak softly and carry a big stick".
"Diplomacy? Nah, I want to hurl insults at people on twitter! You know what I always say, speak bigly and carry a soft stick!

Words don't mean a thing until you show actions towards what you're meaning. You could tell your gf/bf that you love them 100x but it won't mean anything until you show it.
