You are in the middle of a conversational anecdote when someone drops an object that makes a huge racket; " Meanwhile, back at the ranch- Dave said to me etc. etc."

A phrase used to send a Basic Bitch to the kitchen when she does something so unwanted that people don't mind using a slightly sexist remark because this is the only way that can calm down a Basic Bitch.

It's not offensive or sexist to use, especially when it's used to establish peace.
