Gamer hoes are the girls who prefer to pose, twerk, show cleavage, etc. for donations and attention from gamers who can't get none. Frequently seen on YouTube, Twitch, and other websites with hordes of gamer fans. They were the reason Twitch began its 'anti-slut' policy. Even if they are really good at the games they play, they are still considered gamer hoes if they fit the description above.

Gosh, that chick Lindsay is SUCH a gamer hoe. The only time she gets a lot of donations is when she twerks.
