Get the mentally likemug. A form of mental gymnastics used by selfish people to avoid accountability, or to avoid admitting they are an asshole. Related to princess syndrome and narcissism.
Symptoms include:
being easily offended,
making everything dramatic,
lack of improvement in life,
somehow being the victim of every story they tell,
fixation on negative events,
blaming others for their actions,
starting unnecessary conflicts,
obsession with identity politics,
poor understanding of boundaries,
lack of respect for others,
unwilling to take responsibility,
and a sense of entitlement.
