They'll gladly take your money, feed you bullshit for months on end, use their own family and friends as excuses when they don't deliver the results they promised.

Kiko (n) Can also be used as a verb. Ex: "I totally got kiko'd at the jiffy lube today. Paid in advance for a tune up, left with a broken windshield and an excuse."
