Your poor brows just got teased too hard and then they turn blue. Though not usually literally. Because that would, like, be weird.
Yeah Rylie said she was going to do the works on my brows since she's in aesthetician school, but then when I said I was ready she totally said "omg not right now". The tease like totally gave me blue brows.
