An acronym meaning Free Gold Flower. In competitive New Super Mario Bros. 2 speedrunning, the gold flower power up kills Bowser in World 6 instantly and saves 6 seconds over waiting for him to fall. FGF essentially means that Gold Flower route is free, meaning anyone can beat the game fast using the strat.

My run is not that fast, but it beats most because its FGF.
