A very annoying, scary, "evil", or weird bald person. First mentioned in Law and Order:SVU by a schizophrenic man saying the "cashesties" were in his head.

-can refer to a group of people with a signature bald or buzzed head.(e.g. gangsters,cholos,nazi skinhead) Also people with receding hairlines.

"My english teacher is a cashestie."

Money comes in different colours such as, Green, Beige, Blue, Brown, Red, and even Yellow. Around the world money is called different things, Euros, Yen, Pounds, Shekels, Dollars. and etc.
