A person that no matter what is going on in their personal life, always is at a party/function/turn up. Like literally... Nothing will stop them from gettin lit.

Tim: Hey Derek. You hear bout Ray's mom dying this morning?
Derek: Yeah that's crazy. Bet he's gonna be in all year.
Tim: Nah. You know him. He'll never miss a party No matter what karma or the world throws at him. He's a Party Soldier.
Derek: You're right because I think I see him over there tap dancing with that midget.

Digital Pigeon Soldier

A tattoo covered subterranean who obsesses over blackout on Xbox. Spends every waking hour looting houses and the backpacks of fallen adversaries. Known for dropping in the same spot everytime and complaining about there not being a backpack. Also known for demeaning teammates when they don't win in duos. The type of teammates that will call you all day, starting at 4 am, until sundown to play and then rage out when things go south. A gamer who has to grow on you before you can stand the sound of their raspy voice in game chat. A winner in the digital world; but, a real degenerate scumbags loser overall.

I used to.really like video games. Now every time I turn my box on some scummy digital Pigeon soldier sends me a barrage of invites.
