He only does this to young, impressionable men that he fancies to see in tight shorts. He will usually accompany this with entering your personal space and/or putting his arm across your shoulder. As he is old and 6' 5", this is quite the unsettling experience.

A runner seems charismatic at first, but very soon he seems shallow, and pretty fake.
