Someone who has a lot of crust on their hands, feet and knees. The crust has a yellow colour to it and has a rough texture. It can not be fixed by any moisturiser and in plumb, spotty, smelly ginger people.

Folks who are covered in tattoos may view themselves as being "better than the average bare", but if a fellow human is gonna "drop it all for me", I would much prefer just a "pian 'n' natural look" in the skin-department.
