Noah's can be girls. Girls that are Noah's are funny and athletic. They can also be lazy but when they try their hardest at something that achieve it. Noah's also fall hard. No not literally. When a Noah says she likes you or even gives you a smile(which is rarely done) then you must be special to her. Don't take Noah for granted. She'll be there for you and she always keeps it real regardless of the situation. Noah has probably been hurt in her life and has attachment issues. She's been through things that you haven't experienced before. She'll flirt a little but if she does then take the hint(she's giving it for a reason). Don't let Noah walk out your life and don't try to walk out hers. Ask her why she acts the way she acts and does things the way she does them before you judge her because she's been through hell to get where she's at.
