To experience a dramatic and irreversible downfall in one's career, reputation, or personal life, often as a result of a single, highly publicized mistake or controversy. Derived from the infamous moment when Will Smith slapped Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars, marking a pivotal point in Smith’s public image and career trajectory.

Example 1:
“After that last movie flop and the scandal with his personal life, it looks like his career really slapped the rock.”

Example 2:

Slacker rock artists often write lyrics about beers, skate, laugh and parties.
Slacker Rock mainly appeared in the 2010' with bands like Fidlar, King Tuff, Mean Jeans & Audacity.
Slacker Punk is a close cousin, but even more nervous.

Forest Rock

A derogatory term used when talking about new wave of Black Metal (namely American bands) remarking shift in lyrical themes from death and darkness to nature and loneliness, and improving the quality of production. Used mostly by Black Metal purists so they can distant themselves from people the consider "untrue".

Person 1: Been listening to some Black Metal recently?
Person 2: Yeah, found out Agalloch, and absolutely love them.
Person 1: Man, I asked you about Black Metal, not Forest Rock.

un-rocked

An adjective used to describe something that does not "rock;" something that isn't cool; the opposite of something that "rocks". This term can be used as a replacement for "sucks".

This term was first coined by Akari Najaro in a recent IM conversation.

EX 1: "That rock band so totally un-rocked tonight."

EX 2: "My life really un-rocks right now!"
