A phrase that was originally noted by the LEGENDARY Paris Dupree in the multiple award winning documentary entitled "Paris is Burning,"as a category for masculine looking drag queens who have never been to a ball and therefore arrive looking BUTCH.

The phrase has become popular recently and is used to describe females and males alike who try to dress fem, but who's masculine traits always shine through.

NeNe Leaks showed up at Award Show looking like a "Butch Queen First Time at a Ball."

Real People Time (RPT)

Commonly misconstrued as East Coast Time, Real People Time is in fact based on Pacific Standard Time. Some say this misconception was the basis for much violence in the Hip Hop community beginning in the 1960’s, but others dispute such claims, insisting RPT was not likely coined until 1979 when Stanley "Tookie" Williams, was sentenced to San Quentin Prison in California, and used as a way to discreetly communicate which Coast one represented.

Today however, it is generally used as a Standardized Time Zone (see: Greenwich Mean Time) in order for friends around the country or world to plan remote activities I.e. online gaming.

Yellow Fever Time Machine

When an Asian-American woman is approached by folks who assume that they were sex workers or girlfriends during the wars in The Philippines, Korea, Japan, and Korea they are placed in “The Yellow Fever Time Machine.” This phenomenon also occurs when Asian women are assumed to be sex workers from Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, and Malaysia.

Again, I was asked if I was the prostitute a man fell in love with during his tour of duty in Korea (or Japan, or Vietnam). Just because of my eye shape, men put me in their “Yellow Fever Time Machine.”
