"Chilling Outside" can be an act in which at least 2 people walk around doing nothing but hang out with friends. Usually, these people pick either "Uptown" or "Downtown" to do so. Most of the time, people can have fun with friends within only a three block radius, compared to the city, which is only three miles. It is the only way to have fu n in Bayonne, without smoking or drinking. Kids in Bayonne do this very often, mostly without purpose.
