J Spice is Joint Spice..or commonly known as a premo. J-Spice is a laced joint or blunt. Refers to the usage of reefer, loud, that kill, ganja, aka marijuana mixed with cocaine or LSD in a joint, or blunt, in the modern era. Most first time and novice users claim this is their biggest fear - being deceived smokin a laced blunt by a close friend or random use at a party.
