A person (Most likely male) who typically visit playgrounds- not to watch the kids, but to take them. Their one goal in life is to get the highest amount of kids chained to their basement walls.

2. An older male who exclusively dates girls that are too young to be dating. Basically used to refer to somone as a sicko pedophile loser who can't land girls his own age.
