Out Of Buggy Experience.

Steve found himself suddenly floating 20 feet above his buggy, only to land in a unceremoniously heap, 30 feet downwind. This was his first OOBE!

Another name for an E-Cigarette. (Juul, Vape, Drop, Phix, Vuse, etc.)
Slang word to basically sum up all of them into one thing. Most commonly used by high schoolers who are scared to say juul because their parents will hear them
