Well seeing as I made this up, years ago, I think I know the meaning.

Lolz, is simply "lol" or, laugh out loud with a random letter at the end, and z looked the coolest!

"Lol" gets sooooo boring, so switch it up by using "lolz" or create your own!

lolz can be used as a noun to describe a good time or a humorous event, it can substitute laughs, jokes, giggles, goodtimes, etc.

"We were only joking for some lolz." or "That fat kid fell over and couldn't get back up. We had so many lolz." or "They were just fishing for lolz."
