A single finger that grows out of the chin, for practical purposes such as picking food from between the teeth, scratching the nose, etc. as a hands-free alternative to regular fingers.

Get the chingermug. Red beard with blond hair. Chews on his beard, sticks a chinger hair between his teeth to floss, and then combs it with a beaver foot while simultaneously spreading a disease around campus.
Example 1:
Me: Awwww come on chinger! I worked hard to preserve that beaver foot.
Chinger: I forgot my comb at home though...
Me: Did you forget your floss, too?
Chinger: No. Isn't it cool that I can do this with my beard though because it's so long?
Me: . . . .no.
Example 2:
Look at that wanna be ginger rub his chinger beard.
Me: Awwww come on chinger! I worked hard to preserve that beaver foot.
