The word 'cha' is given to a guy who is very self-centred and try's to be/act cool too hard to the point in which he looks like an idiot. A dude who is considered cha has typically a muscular build and can be spotted at the gym sometimes flexing. They can also be seen shirtless and almost always wearing sunglasses.

Guy1: "Look at Matthew over there by the lake he acts so cha"
Guy2: "Yeah his outfit is cha too"
