A person usually a women who is obese or fat and looks as though she/he eats more then a fare share of cake.

Slang term for gay or lesbian, i.e., having one's cake and eating it too. Also, perhaps mis-heard as "cock eater" but this is erroneous. The term is not exclusive to either gender.
