Sea Beer

The drinking of a crappy lager while standing in the ocean, which has the benefit of: 1) adding a little salt to the brew which enhances flavor; 2) making a delightful contrast between the cold of the beer and the warmth of the ocean; and 3) creating excitement as you must be on your guard to protect your brew from crashing waves.

Out to Sea is a hardcore band based in Dallas, Texas and known for youth crew gang chants. It is not uncommon for members of the audience to come to the Out To Sea shows wearing rented animal costumes. Yiffing and Furries are discouraged.

Victory at sea

The term used to describe incredibly windy and choppy conditions in the ocean. Often used by surfers to describe stormy surf conditions. It is derived from the old tv show Victory at Sea from the opening scene showing a very stormy ocean. Some people simply call it VAS.

We couldn't surf today because the conditions were victory at sea.
