Get the Armymug. ARMY is a collective term for the fans of popular South Korean boy-group, BTS.
ARMY stands for Adorable Representative M.C. for Youth, and ARMY is especially known by media to be an infinitely dedicated and loving fanbase for their beloved BTS. American media has taken note of this recently, but in Korea, ARMY has remained prominent over the last few years in the idol community.
Although ARMY is technically an abbreviation, hence the capitalization of its letters, it is much more common to see it being used as the improper noun “army” meaning legion of soldiers, and as such it can be lowercase with no periods denoting abbreviation.
Additionally, there are different subsections of ARMY.
• “K-ARMY” denotes Korean ARMY.
• “I-ARMY” denotes International ARMY, and basically means any BTS fans whose nationality isn’t Korean.

Get the ARMYmug. The best branch in the United States Military. Soldiers that come out of the Army have real careers to look forward too. How many marines got discharged only to serve food and take orders from an ex-U.S. Army soldier? The U.S. Army soldier is trained in proficient in their warrior tasks an drills. Ready to deploy, engage, and destroy the enemies of the United States of America.
Marines are only grunts. Army Soldiers are professionals.
