The word is used when you don't want something to be true or you just don't like how it sounds.

It pretty much cancels whatever you want out.

For Example:

Girl: Look behind you! it's a ghost and it's going to kill you!
Boy: OHHmyyyGooOoodnesSSs Timidabody!!!

Girl: Wow... you my friend are ugly.
Boy: =( timidabody...

timid squid

a hand gesture similar to the awkward turtle, made by taking one hand, letting the fingers dangle like tentacles, and moving the hand up and down in a squid-like manner, thus indicating an awkward moment caused by someone's shyness.

Because of Kelly's quiet social awkwardness, I had to deploy the timid squid to salvage the conversation.
