That type of guy who's sole mission is to get girls. This subsect of men will hate on anything when given an opportunity in an attempt to impress the ladies. Will force a nonchalant and ghetto personality to seem tougher.

A high value, physically attractive, charismatic and generally fit person who tends to gets noticed and is considered very approachable by the opposite sex - who may go to great lengths to make themselves easily accessible to the nonchalant untouchable.
While a neurotypical may consider this ideal, the nonchalant untouchable simply does not care - they set the bar to prompt escalation from their end extremely high, even if they find the other party attractive.
Can refer to either gender, however the term is mainly used to refer to biological male chads who avoid procreation despite having excellent game and stats.
