A 5' 7" basketball player dunks the ball over a 6' 4" defender. You say, "wow that was so neg!"

A football player snags a pass with one hand in the corner of the endzone while still keeping his toes in bounds. You say, "that catch was so neg!"

North End Gipsy
Someone who lives in the council estate bit of an otherwise nice town. Generally, because of the prevailing wind direction, the poor people live on the north side of town and so the rancid stink of their poverty doesn't offend the other inhabitants.
In the town where I grew up, there was a street called 'North End' and the notorius family in the area was called Negus (or Negs) for short - no coincidence I think.

That chipfat-smelly pregnant teenage monster is a total Neg.
